Deheers Warehouse – Weymouth
Renovation of a Grade II listed building to a restaurant and luxury apartments.
Works were scheduled for completion in Summer 2020 however sensitive redevelopment projects are not without their challenges, not least during the recent COVID-19 lockdown. The works included the restoration of the main building and included the internal fit out of four new high end apartments with a commercial space on the ground floor for a restaurant or café business.
Deheers Warehouse is one of Weymouth’s iconic harbour side properties. restoring this building to its former glory provides a great sense of pride for team and the local residents and businesses. There was a great sense of shared responsibility felt by everyone involved with this project.
Due to this project being delivered during the Covid-19 pandemic the team had to work to new guidelines almost overnight. Working collaboratively, they successfully set up a safe system to avoid any potential delays.
